Exchanges

If you need to exchange the item that you purchased due to defects in material or workmanship send the item to:

And a new item of the same type, style, and size will be sent out to you.

If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing error please send an email to Support@PamperedPetStores.com and file your request for size exchange. Please include the item number and description, and the new size that you would like. You will then get an email containing an authoriztion number and instuctions on where to send the item you wish to exchange. Once the item has been received by us, a replacement item will be sent out to you.

If you originally paid for shipping, a shipping charge for the replacement will be charged to the same media you used to make the original purchase. If shipping was free there will be no additional charges.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for replacement to be delivered to you.

Returns

For all returns there will be a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item for refund ship it to:

Once the item has been received in good condition, your refund of the purchase price, minus the 15% restocking fee, will be returned to you.
